We act as an intermediary between you and AI model providers. We do not provide the AI models themselves.

- •Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- •Create content that infringes intellectual property rights

- •Generate content involving minors inappropriately

No Guarantee

AI Limitations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimpleAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Cap on Damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Exceptions
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:
